Classes start at 9:00 am

Nursery                                                                Room 102 MPC

Our simple and short Bible Lessons begin with "God Made the World," continue with "God Made the Animals," then "God Made Families," and ends with "God Made Me." Our nursery provides a loving environment for babies and toddlers.  We play music and encourage interaction among the children. A displayed number system is used so parents can be notified in the Sanctuary if their child needs them.

Preschool (ages 2 and 3)                                     Preschool module
 

Theme: God Made Me Special. Unit 1: God Made Me. Toddlers find almost everything fascinating and worth exploring. They will learn that God gave them sight, smell, touch, hearing and taste to explore His world. Unit 2: I Am Special. Your little ones feel important as they identify their names, their gender, and their uniqueness. Every child learns that "God made me special." Unit 3: Every day children gain better control of the hands, feet, and voice God gave them. Your children will learn about growing and have fun practicing their newly developed skills.

Four Year Olds &Kindergarten                           New module
 

Theme: God Gives Special People. Unit 1: God Gives Friends. Kindergartners will examine traits of healthy friendships and learn about the Holy Spirit, a special Friend sent to help each believer. Unit 2: God Gives Families. Children don't choose their families, but they can learn how to relate to family members in ways that please God. Unit 3: God Gives Leaders. Leaders have responsibilities in their relationships with others. Your children will discover haw their relationships with leaders are important, too.

Primary (First and second grades)                          Room 209 FLC

Theme: The Church: Worship & Service. Unit 1: The Church. Primary students will learn about the beginnings of the Church, its mission, and its ministry today. Unit 2: Worship. Your children will learn about the actions and attitudes of real worship, one of the primary purposes of the Church. Unit 3: Service. Primary students explore the areas of service to the Church and our world as a natural part of our relationship with Jesus, the head of the Church.

Unit 1: God the Holy Spirit. The Third Person of the Trinity was sent by God to help believers become like Jesus. Middlers will explore the importance of the Holy Spirit working in their lives. Unit 2:God Sees Us. Middlers will discover that God sees their heart no matter how secret they think they are being. God knows everything about them and loves them. Unit 3:God Can Use Us. No one is too young to be used by God. Middlers will learn how actions and words affect people about God-good or bad. God's Word.

Juniors (fifth and sixth grade)                                  Room 208 FLC
 

Unit 1: "Christian " Membership. PreTeens love to belong to a particular group. They'll see how membership applies to being a Christian through Communion, water baptism, and Holy Spirit baptism. Unit 2: God's Answers for Me. What is life all about? As your preteen ask this question, they'll develop an awareness of the world around them and who they are in relation to it. Unit 3: The Books of Poetry. The students will be guided beyond "Roses are red; violets are blue" to discover that Bible writers used poetry to express emotions about life's struggles and joys to God.

Unit 1 Theme: Acts: Part 1. Empower yourself to live an abundant and victorious life by an introduction to God the Holy Spirit. You will learn how to receive the baptism, discover how the Spirit works through us, and be challenged to get involved in Spirit-directed ministry. Unit 2 Theme: Family Relationships. Of all the things we value in this world, the only thing we can take with us to heaven is our family. Adult students will discover the importance God places on the family, and learn biblical guidelines for husband/wife and parent/child relationships.

Second Hour - Childrens Church
services begin at 10:15

Unit 1: I Like God's World. Young children will experience God's creation by seeing lights in the heavens, touching textures in the world, tasting food samples, smelling fragrances, and listening to the sounds of God's creation. Unit 2: God Helps Noah. Color and water activities as well as discussion of animal habitats will keep children happily focused on the story of Noah. Hands-on activities help children transfer Noah's love and obedience toward God into their own lives. Unit 3:God Gives to All People. Building block homes, sampling food, and dressing u- are just a few of the fun ways children will learn how God provides for them and that they can thank Him for His care.

2 & 3 year olds (Preschool Children's Church)          Preschool Module

Four and five year olds will go to Super Church in the Family "Life Center with the rest of the children for the first 30-45 minutes. They will return to module 2 with their teacher until adult church is dismissed.

Children ages 2 to 12 are welcome to worship .
